taking some time to stop and smell the flowers

I found this photo in a blog I was checking out and it made me miss being in Oneonta for the first signs of spring, when everyone is out in front of their buildings playing frisbee, having bbqs, and the cherry blossoms in between Golding and Wilbur Hall that overlook the mountains are in full bloom.

Last night, I was catching up with Amanda and talking about her real big girl wedding this August, and that also made me think back to those good ole' days when RD Bennett "married" them on my fav spot on campus for our "Ultimate Wedding" hall program, amidst these beautiful blossoms

I've been doing this whole regressing and looking back on simpler times alot lately, mostly because it helps me not freak out about not having a fucking clue what I'll be doing in 30 days, or where I'll be living in 50 days.

Back to work

What great memories!!! We did good as parents of the bride, especially in holding our shit together and not crying that our little girl was all grown up! Now you can see if you can keep your shit together on her actually wedding day!! :-) LOVE those blossoms and trees!
