on the road again

Zumba was a ton of fun! It wasn't an intense workout (perhaps this was also b/c the girl is brand new at teaching it) but it was a great release at the end of the day and I think I'll def go back next week! Rita and I then had a fabulous dinner at this Thai place right by campus, I got yellow curry then sticky rice w/ mango for dessert <3

Work was good today, had a long convo with a helicopter parent this morning, but he's a good kind, the "really believe in and care about my kid and want to see him live up to his potential I know he has and he does too" kinda guy so it was fine, his excessive emails and phone calls prior to were obnoxious and made me nervous but it turned out lovely. I also had my FYE class today which I co-teach with Jim. I think it will be fine, it's only for 7 weeks so even if it's not w/e's.

I really can't complain about anything, I just want my friends who are going through very rough patches right now to smile, be hopeful for greener pastures, and go back to being themselves as soon as possible!

Alright, I gotta go finish packing for my fabulous weekend. Tomorrow night I'm taking Ed out to a goodbye/congratulations dinner which will be very sad but I'm glad I'm able to make it down to see him before his big move. I'm sleeping over the house of Fuzz which is always a good time as well. Friday I have 2 doctor appts then I'm Syracuse bound to visit my Bunky Brewster in her new big girl world, Saturday Sean (and Mook? I hope?) are coming over and we're doing brunch then Bunky and I will be roadtripping to our motherland, Oneonta to celebrate Megan's 21st Oneonta style! Sunday morning I'm having brunch with the Ultimates then suckfest have to leave wicked early b/c I have a TON of homework due early next week that won't be started until I get home Sunday.... I was hoping to see Becky as her bday is Sunday but it doesn't look like that is gonna work out. Boo!
