soooo I nearly had a panic attack today because I just felt everything pushing down on me, ACES, practicum, classes, etc so I decided to go back to my office after class and get stuff done so I can get my head above water. At 8pm I was considering going home but decided to suck it up and get more done, so it's 9:45pm and I go to the UConn website to look something up and what do I find but that there was an armed robbery with a knife on the exact road I would have been on at the exact time I would be there.

I truly do not feel safe at all at UConn. There have been multiple reported sexual assaults (I can't imagine how many unreported), a man tried to force his way into a woman's car, and now this.

I don't understand what's going on but all I know is it is 10:20pm and I'm waiting for a police escort to my car.

What a fucking day.
